What is Narrative Architecture and why does it matter?

Narrative Architecture is the invisible structure underneath every story that lands. It's what separates the founder people can't stop talking about from the one they scroll past. Most founders share summaries — I went through something hard, I learned a lot, now I help people. Nobody feels anything because there's no structure underneath it. Narrative Architecture is the framework we use to excavate your real story, shape it into a message with genuine structure and specificity, and deploy it in a way that makes the right people find you. It's not about being a better marketer. It's about being more unmistakably yourself.

Who is this work for?

Impact-driven founders, creatives, and leaders who know they are here to move mountains — but whose public narrative hasn't caught up to their private reality yet. I call these people Lived Experts. Their authority doesn't come from a credential or a single topic. It comes from who they are and how they've lived. If you've ever felt like you can't quite fit yourself into a neat little box — this work is for you.

What's the difference between a Subject Matter Expert and a Lived Expert?

A Subject Matter Expert's authority lives in what they know. One topic, one lane, one credential. A Lived Expert's authority lives in who they are and how they've lived. Their offering is an extension of themselves not a subject they studied. The world is full of Subject Matter Experts. Lived Experts who know how to use their story are rare — and magnetic.

Is this therapy?

No. This is narrative excavation and message architecture. We go deep — but always in service of your story and your authority. If tender things surface we hold them with care. This is a creative and strategic container, not a clinical one.

I don't think my story is interesting enough. Is this still for me?

This is exactly what every single person says before we begin. You don't have a boring story. You have an unexcavated one. The moments you think are too small, too ordinary, too unremarkable — those are almost always the ones that move people most. That's what this work is for.

Can't I just use AI to write my story?

AI can write a story. It cannot write YOUR story. The specific Tuesday afternoon. The exact words someone said. The feeling in your body in that moment. That requires a human who has lived something — and a container that helps you access and architect it. In a world drowning in AI-generated content, your lived story is your greatest competitive advantage. It's the one thing that can't be replicated.

About Meg

You seem to do a lot of different things — writing, dancing, speaking, painting, retreats. What actually is your focus?

All of it. And I say that with full intention. I am a multi-passionate person and so are most of the people I work with. The dancing keeps me in my body. The writing keeps me honest. The retreats keep me connected to what actually moves people. The acting keeps me brave. None of it is a distraction — it all feeds the work. My focus is helping impact-driven founders find their story and build their narrative architecture. Everything else is how I stay fully alive and fully present to do that well.

Are you available for speaking, facilitation, or brand partnerships?

What is the Story to Spotlight Intensive?

Story to Spotlight is Meg's flagship 5-week 1:1 Narrative Architecture Intensive. It's $2,200 and spots are intentionally limited.

What is Impact Coaching?

Impact Coaching is ongoing or standalone 1:1 support for the impact-driven leader who needs a thinking partner, mirror, and accountability partner in one.
