THE SOUGHT AFTER BLUEPRINT

FIND THE STORY THAT MAKES YOU IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE

You've built something real. Now let's build the narrative that matches it.

THE DISTINCTION

There are two types of founders.

The Subject MatterExpert

Authority through what they know. One topic. One lane. One credential.

The Lived Expert

Authority through who they are and how they've lived. Their offering isn't built around a topic. It's built around a life.

it's the whole architecture.

If you've ever felt like you can't quite fit yourself into a neat little box — like your value is harder to articulate than everyone else's — like you're watching people with less experience land the opportunities that should have your name on them —You're a Lived Expert.

And your narrative hasn't caught up to your reality yet. That's not a you problem. That's an architecture problem.

You can feel it - you're right on the edge of something big.

You've built something you believe in. You're showing up, doing the work, moving with purpose. But somehow you're still blending into the noise. You watch others with less experience land the stages, the podcast spots, the opportunities that should have your name on them — and you can't quite figure out why.

Here's what I know after years of sitting with founders like you:

It's not your credentials that are missing. It's not your strategy. It's not even your confidence.

It's your narrative architecture.

The invisible structure underneath your story that makes everything land — the thread, the moments, the message — shaped so specifically and so powerfully that the right people find you before you ever have to chase them.

And the best part? No AI can replicate it. Because it's built entirely from your life.

Story to Spotlight is a 5-week 1:1 intensive where we excavate your life, engineer your narrative, and deploy a message so clear and so unmistakably yours that you stop blending in and start being sought after.

Stages. Podcasts. Book deals. Brand partnerships. The clients who already know they want you before you've said a word.

That's what a well built narrative does.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF..

You know you're here to move mountains — but your public narrative hasn't caught up to your private reality.

You're over-explaining what you do and still feeling like nobody quite gets it. You sound like everyone else in your space and you know it. You can't find the words that feel truly, structurally you.

You're showing up but not breaking through. You're posting, networking, doing all the things — but nothing is sticking. You feel invisible in a market that should already know your name.

You haven't connected the dots of your own story yet. You don't see your own life as the extraordinary raw material it actually is. You haven't found the thread that ties the mess to the message.

You're ready to occupy your authority — but you don't yet have the narrative infrastructure to do it. The idea of pitching yourself for stages or podcasts feels premature because your message isn't tight enough yet.

You've tried to write your story before and it came out flat. Templates. AI tools. Generic copy that sounds nothing like you. You know your secret weapon is your humanity. You just need someone to help you architect it.

If you nodded — you're exactly who this is for.

MEG’S STORY

Yoga and Movement with Meg Sylvester
All about Meg Sylvester

I spent years thinking something was wrong with me.

Why couldn't I just do one thing and do it well? I was living the life I thought I was supposed to live — working corporate, checking boxes, shaping myself into what everyone else needed me to be. And then my body said no. My health took a nosedive so severe that not a single doctor could tell me what was wrong.

It was an SOS from my soul.

What followed was a complete unraveling — and the most important thing that ever happened to me. I went through a spiritual awakening. I started excavating my stories, my coping mechanisms, my limiting beliefs. I started sharing what I found — honestly, vulnerably, without a strategy. And people started listening.

I got certified to coach. I became a yoga teacher, a dance teacher, a Gateless writing facilitator. I started leading retreats — eventually over 50 of them, all over the world. I attracted brand partnerships with Free People, SXSW, Proper Hotels. I grew an audience of over 100,000 people. I landed two book deals. I became an actor. I reinvented myself completely — after 40, with three kids, nineteen years into a marriage I love.

Then my dad died. Then I got Lyme disease and was bedridden for months. And writing saved me again. Excavating how I felt and turning it into art. Finding the narrative inside the mess. Again.

None of it happened because I had the right strategy or the right credentials.

It happened because I kept sharing my stories. And over time I realized — without even knowing it — I had been building my own narrative architecture. Piece by piece. Story by story.

That's what I'm going to help you do. Intentionally. Structurally. In five weeks.

I'm not going to teach you storytelling as a concept. I'm going to sit across from you, look at your whole life, and see the narrative architecture that's already there — waiting to be built out. Because that's my gift.

I will see your story before you can.

THE METHOD

Story to Spotlight is built on a proprietary framework called RISE — the universal shape of every transformation story and the architectural blueprint we use to excavate, engineer, and deploy your narrative.

R — Recognize The moment of awareness. Something cracked open. The specific scene that started everything.

I — Inquire The struggle. The questions. The sitting inside the mess without knowing how it ends.

S — Shift The turn. A decision, a realization, a moment of grace. Something changed.

E — Embody Living it as a new truth. Who you became. The kicker — the line that lands the meaning.

Every story worth telling follows this shape. Every story that has ever made someone stop scrolling, lean in, and say that's exactly who I've been looking for — it has this architecture underneath it.

We find it in your life. We shape it into your message. We build it into every piece of public-facing language you own.

WHAT WE BUILD TOGETHER

Pre-Work — The Welcome Ritual Before we begin, we open. You'll receive a personal letter from me, a Law of Attraction activation practice, a journey overview, and reflection prompts that begin the excavation before our first call. You'll arrive at Week 1 already different.

  • An intimate interview-style session starting before you were even born. Through intentional questions we follow what wants to be said — the moments you didn't plan to mention, the ones you say I don't know why I'm bringing this up.Those are exactly the ones that matter. This is where we gather the raw material for everything that follows.

  • We find the single thread running through your whole life. Your mess becomes your message. We introduce the RISE framework as your architectural lens and shape your Signature Message Framework — the two sentences that become your north star for everything that follows.

  • We mine your life for the micro moments — the specific scenes, the exact Tuesday afternoon, the words someone said that changed everything. Then something unlike anything you've experienced in a coaching container: a Gateless Writing Session. I guide you into a theta state, give you a single prompt, and you write for 20 minutes with your inner critic completely quiet. What comes out is your voice — raw, true, and structurally sound. This is where your narrative voice is born.

  • We translate your story into clear, public-facing language. Your homepage headline, your bio, your offer description — drafted together, clarity tested, and built to occupy your authority in the market. You leave this session with copy that sounds like you and works like architecture.

  • Your complete visibility toolkit — talk title and architecture, media kit, podcast pitch, brand collaboration template. The story eye that tells you exactly when a moment is ready to share. And a closing ceremony that honors the depth of what you've built.

YOUR NARRATIVE DOSSIER

By the end of our five weeks together you will hold something most founders never have — a complete Narrative Dossier. A living document of who you are, why you do what you do, and how to say it in a way that makes the world stop and pay attention.

Inside your Narrative Dossier:

  • Your Life Map — your life excavated and made visible

  • Your Signature Message Framework — the two sentences that define everything

  • Your Story Bank — 4 to 5 signature stories fully mapped onto RISE, named and ready to use

  • Your Narrative Voice — discovered through Gateless writing and entirely your own

  • Your Talk Title & Architecture — the bones of your signature talk

  • Your Complete Media Kit — bio, pitch, talk description, headshot guidance

  • Your Podcast Pitch — story-driven and ready to send

  • Your Brand Collaboration Template — personalized and professional

  • Your Story Eye — the ability to recognize and deploy stories for the rest of your career

This is not a workbook. It's an infrastructure. And it grows with you.

You're looking for a done-for-you content strategy. This is deep excavation work as much as it is a business tool. You have to be willing to look at your life honestly and share what you find.

You want a fully written signature talk. We build the architecture and the title — the full writing and rehearsal process is its own journey.

You're not ready to be seen. This program builds toward visibility. If you're not ready to step into your spotlight — even a little — this isn't your moment yet. And that's okay.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

FAQs

Bright yellow firework explosion with radiating lines

Is this therapy?

No. This is narrative excavation and message architecture. We go deep — but always in service of your story and your authority. If tender things surface we hold them with care. This is a creative and strategic container, not a clinical one.

I don't think my story is interesting enough. Is this still for me?

This is exactly what every single person says before we begin. You don't have a boring story. You have an unexcavated one. The moments you think are too small, too ordinary, too unremarkable — those are almost always the ones that move people most. That's what this work is for.

I've tried to write my story before and it came out flat. How is this different?

Because you won't be writing alone. You'll be in a live container with someone whose gift is seeing the architecture you can't see yet. The Gateless writing session alone will produce something that surprises you. It always does.

Do we work on my business or just my story?

Your story IS your business. As your narrative takes shape we make sure it points directly at the people you're meant to serve. By the end of Week 5 your story and your market are completely aligned.

Will I walk away with a signature talk?

You'll walk away with your talk title, your talk angle, and the complete architecture — the bones of your signature talk. Writing and rehearsing the full talk is its own journey and a natural next step.

Can't I just use AI to write my story?

AI can write a story. It cannot write YOUR story. The specific Tuesday afternoon. The exact words someone said. The feeling in your body in that moment. That requires a human who has lived something — and a container that helps you access and architect it. In a world drowning in AI-generated content, your lived story is your greatest competitive advantage. It's the one thing that can't be replicated.

What if I'm not ready to be visible yet?

The visibility we build toward is grounded and intentional — not performative. You don't have to post anything before you're ready. But you will leave feeling more ready than you've ever felt. The architecture does that.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

Book a discovery call. Fifteen minutes. We'll both know.
