Welcome to February within the Lotus Collective! This month’s theme is Self-Love & Compassion. February’s practices are curated to help you cultivate a deeper sense of love and appreciation for YOU. Self-love is so much more than treating yourself to a bit of pampering. Self-love, at its core, is about honoring ALL of you. It’s about embracing the wounds, and the parts of you that you’ve tried to resist or stuff down in order to be accepted. Your journey this month will help you to create a soft, sacred space to explore the way you think about and treat yourself. You will have the opportunity to evaluate and reorganize these thoughts in a loving and compassionate way. Get ready to experience more sweetness in your life by honoring and bowing down to the radiance that is YOU!!
