How to connect with your angels and guides
Are you at a time in your life where you wish you had some infinite wisdom supporting you and guiding you?
We all have angels who are here to guide us, guard us, and help us grow through our journey in life. They are always here for us, offering us wisdom, strength, and love.
As we all know, life presents challenges- even after awakening. The past nine months have been monumental for me. In May 2020, I ushered in my beautiful baby boy into this world. In January 2021, I said goodbye to my dad, aiding his soul in his travels to the next realm.
Through the recent ups and downs in my life, it has been my connection to the higher powers that has kept me grounded and stable. Knowing I am able to call in support from my celestial team, my spiritual guides and my loving angels has kept me steady these past few months.
Often we tend to overcomplicate the process of connecting to our angels and guides. Sometimes we think we can’t do it at all. But you can. We all can. We all have the capacity to connect with angels. And once you open up that connection, you will receive the love, support, and wisdom that they have to offer you. You are safe. You are loved. You are protected.
Follow these steps to connect with your guides:
Set an Intention
Start your meditation practice by opening your heart and setting the intention to connect with your spiritual team.
Visualize
Close your eyes and visualize yourself ascending into higher light realms as you meditate.
Breathe
Breathe deeply and welcome your guides and angels in. Breathe into this feeling for as long as it takes. Be patient and don’t force or rush it. Feel their loving wings wrap around you.
Journal
Once you feel them, open your journal and write “thank you angels for writing through me”. Then, ask any specific questions you have, or just free write. Write for as long as it feels good and guided. Once you are done, give your spiritual guides and angels your thanks.
